Once purchased the ticket is not refundable

Once the purchase has been processed, the ticket is non-refundable. In the event of event cancellation due to force majeure, we will comply with the Promoter's return policy.

The pass will be sent to the address provided approximately 15 days before the event. In exceptional cases, it will be delivered on-site at the accreditation office.
